Hi there, I have two sample videos to show you. The first is from myself, just showing you what I've done yet and the second is from advanced hacker Rai, who's greatly helping me by implementing DTE, which allows to put in more text.
Rai's also inserted another font, since that font has also lowercase characters, which looks much better.
Rai's video is under this link.
My video. Doing nothing interesting, just showing you what I translated (and what not yet :P):

Progress
I have done again something yesterday: I've been working on the menu's. The menu's when you click on a place on the map (with units, options and end turn...) is done, I just need to translate the player menu (attack, wait).

All weapons and staves translated!
Just a few hours after the previous post I have the announcement that all weapons and staves are translated. Due to the space of 8 tiles (thus characters) I had to make some names shorter.
Here a short notification of what everything means:
... S = ... Sword
... L = ... Lance
... A = ... Axe
... B = ... Bow
Armor K = Armor Killer
Dragon K = Dragon Killer
Thundr S = Thunder Sword
Horse K = Horse Killer
Quick C = Quick Rain (the C means catacpult. I decided to call every catapult just ... C even though no one is called that way. Just deal with it, all right?)
Stone C = Stone Hedge
Fire C = Fire Gun (I could have fitted in the full name, but since all catapults are called ... C, this one will be called ... C as well. Again: deal with it)
Thundr C = Thunder Bolt
... St = ... Stone (it's originally called ... Dragon Stone, but I let out the dragon part to prevent even more confusion)
Vulcano = Vulcannon (:P)
Excalibr = Excaliber
Starlght = Starlight
M Shield = Magic shield

Pointers editing!
I learned how to work with pointers yesterday, and guess what: they work damn well! Thanks to the pointers I can fit in longer names.
An example of an armory without pointers:

And with pointers:

looks much better, doesn't it? I have translated all swords, spears, axes and bows. I hope I have the other weapons/items translated this weekend, too.
